Privacy Symposium 2027 (Venice, Italy, 26–30 April 2027)

The Privacy & Data Governance Symposium is an annual conference dedicated to privacy and data protection. The 2027 Symposium will take place from 26–30 April 2027 in Venice, Italy, bringing together stakeholders to promote international dialogue, cooperation, and knowledge sharing on data governance, regulatory compliance, and innovative technologies.

The conference brings together a wide range of stakeholders, including major international organisations, European institutions such as the European Commission, the European Data Protection Supervisor, and the European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights, as well as national data protection authorities, global industry leaders, and academic and research experts.

CompSTLar partners Mandat International and IoT Lab will contribute to the organisation of the event and will be present with a dedicated exhibition booth for European Horizon projects within the Exhibition Area. The booth will showcase European research projects and initiatives addressing data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance.
